Tuesday Sep 05, 2023
Tuesday Sep 05, 2023
High School sophomore and Bible2School graduate Colson Erb shares his journey with Jesus. You’ll hear how Bible2School influenced his faith in the early years, and how God grew his natural gifts and obedient heart to open doors of opportunity for him to plant seeds for the Kingdom among his peers.
Are your kids equipped with the truth that they are the church and they can bring the church to school? Colson’s testimony will challenge you to share your faith with others whenever the opportunity arises and teach children in your circle of influence to do the same.
Ready to hear how the kids in your life can be kingdom growers just like Colson? Let’s go…
COLSON ERB is a sophomore in high school. He enjoys playing music, soccer and volleyball, and being involved with school and church. Following Jesus has been a big part of his life from a young age. Through experiences such as summer camps, Bible2School, youth group, and friends he has had opportunities to strengthen and grow in his faith. He believes everyone’s journey matters, and always seeks to encourage others in their walk along the path.

We all want to encourage the kids in our lives so they feel equipped to handle their days with confidence – and we can do this through our words! Scripture talks a lot about the importance of what we say, and that we are to encourage and build one another up. We can intentionally speak to children in ways that will set the tone for their entire day! Listen in as Kori & Lee discuss 3 things you should say to your kids each day before they go out the door.

She loves inviting people into the Bible2School Team as valued Members, Volunteers, and Donors. Kori lives in Lititz with her husband, Blaine, and has three sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and volunteering with her husband to mentor engaged couples at her church.
LEE NIENHUIS is a coffee drinker, friend maker, and loud laugher. She is an author, Bible teacher, podcaster and communications consultant. Lee has a heart for the global church, and has recently joined Live Global, a team who supports, trains and equips believers worldwide. Episode 100 - How To Handle “Frenemies” w/Dannah Gresh
Tuesday Jul 18, 2023
Tuesday Jul 18, 2023
Jesus was a good friend - he stayed in relationships even when they were difficult.
Our guest today, Dannah Gresh, teaches us how to imitate Jesus in our friendships. Founder of the mom and tween girl ministry called TrueGirl, Dannah noticed that when her daughter was 9, she was already feeling that pressure to grow up too soon - to digest topics that weren’t age appropriate. She realized she was not alone in this feeling, and from this birthed a ministry that now encourages moms and girls globally to grow closer to Jesus together. Is it possible to raise children to love Jesus, imitate him and be a good friend to others even when it’s tough? The answer is yes, and you’ll hear some great stories to help you navigate the “how” from Dannah.
Ready to redefine friendship according to Scripture? Let’s go!
DANNAH GRESH is the founder of True Girl, cohost of Nancy DeMoss Wolgemuth's Revive Our Hearts podcast, and a bestselling author. She has written over twenty-eight books, including a Bible study series for tween girls and their moms. She and her husband Bob live on a hobby farm in central Pennsylvania.

Episode 99 - Praying Scripture over the Children in your Life
Tuesday Jul 11, 2023
Tuesday Jul 11, 2023
If you could ask God to do anything for your family, what would it be?
This is the question our guest today, Jodie Berndt, surveyed families on before publishing her first book in 2001. Jodie took the top 20 topics, went to the Word to see what God had to say about them, and shaped the table of contents for her book, Praying the Scriptures for Your Children. When Jodie started praying God's Word back to Him, she began seeing amazing answers.
Praying scripture for and with children - it fills them with the truth that they have value and worth in God's eyes. He loves them for who they are! When the bigger questions come along, they can have that anchor and rootedness to know WHO they are and WHOSE they are in Christ. This will be their greatest defense against the conforming patterns of this world.
Ready to hear examples of praying scripture boldly over the children in your life? Let's go!
JODIE BERNDT is the author of the Praying the Scriptures book series, including the bestselling Praying the Scriptures for Your Children. A speaker and Bible teacher, Jodie is a repeat guest on programs like Focus on the Family, the 700 Club, and a variety of popular podcasts, and she has
been a contributing writer for Fox News, Club31Women, Ann Voskamp’s daily devotional, and Proverbs 31 Ministries.
Jodie writes about prayer and other family topics in her email newsletter and on Instagram. To download the collection of free resources (including printable prayer cards and calendars), visit JodieBerndt.com.
Jodie and her husband, Robbie, have four adult children and live in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
